“Forgive me Father, for I have sinned. My last confession was…” began a soft, shaking voice, “I suppose I’m not really sure… Before I moved away anyway…”

WINNER!! CONGRATS MEWKITTY
Another fight with my boyfriend had left me alone on what was supposed to be a pleasant night. Moments after he stormed out of my dorm room, I walked out into frozen December air in an effort to escape the oncoming whirlwind of emotions.
I ended up in the calm silence between two shelves on the seventh floor of the university library, gazing through windows at the dim streetlights below and the stars streaking the midnight sky.
It might seem peculiar to relax in a library, but I always thought that being in public areas with no one around felt peaceful. It was as if the world became mine, and I could fill the emptiness with anything I could imagine.

My heart sped up as I walked across campus. What was supposed to be an enjoyable time for every college student, Spring Break, felt like torture to me. It seemed like every thought in my mind was consumed by him. Someone I couldn’t, or shouldn’t have: Professor Jackson. Ever since my first day in his class, I have wanted him. I knew he wanted me as well, but he was teasing me. We were teasing each other and it was slowly driving me crazy.

WINNER! Congrats CallieKisses!
Thinking it would be a great way to earn some extra money, I placed an ad in the local newspaper offering English tuition. Having completed a degree in creative writing a few years ago myself I knew that I could help out some younger people struggling at school in my spare time. It wasn’t long before I got a call from a woman who said that her son Jamie was having a tough time getting his grades up in college so we arranged our first session.

It was my second year of college and I was a full time student while working a full time job. I worked retail and they would never let me work around my class schedule so I was never on time to any of my classes. In college most professors could care less if I was late to class or if I didn’t even show up except for one professor.
